Wanda L. Delong

Wanda L. Delong, 58, of Leesburg, passed away Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023 at her home. 
 
She was born June 3, 1965 in Hillsboro, the daughter of the late James Earl and Patty Lou (Young) Boone.
 
Wanda had worked at Highland District Hospital in the housekeeping department for 14 years and then several years at the Four Seasons of Washington in Washington Court House.
 
Surviving are her significant other, Paul H. Cox Jr. of Leesburg; two sisters, Donna Morgan of Blanchester and Jean Clements of Springhill, La.; brother and sister-in-law, Dean and Barbara Boone of Adena; five nieces; and three nephews.
 
In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her brother, Dave Boone.
 
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
 
Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro is serving the family.
