Terry Ann Carter

Terry Ann Carter, 67, of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023 at UC Medical Center in Cincinnati.
 
She was born Aug. 17, 1956 in Newark, the daughter of Edon and Dorothy (Williams) Newland.
 
She is survived by her husband, Richard Carter; one daughter, Jennifer (Tim) Hester of Greenfield; two stepsons, Greg Carter and Brett Rumor; and one grandson, Eric Lowe.
 
She was preceded in death by her brother, John Newland; and both parents.
 
Cremation will take place, and there will not be a service observed.
 
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
