The Fairfield Local Schools Board of Education will hold a special meeting Monday, March 25 at 6 p.m. in the District Office conference room.

On Monday, March 18, the Fairfield Local Schools district posthumously awarded the high school diploma of Robert Lawson, a member of the Fairfield High School Class of 1968. His widow, Barbara Lawson of Leesburg, and their grandchildren accepted the diploma. 

Parents of students who are interested in enrollment at Fairfield Local Schools for the first time under the “Open Enrollment” policy for the 2024-25 school year are invited to attend an informal meeting to be held Wednesday, April 3 at 3:30 p.m. in the District Office Conference Room, 11611 state Route 771, Leesburg.  

The annual organizational meeting and budget hearing of the Fairfield Local Schools Board of Education will take place Monday, Jan. 8 beginning at 5 p.m. The regular monthly meeting will immediately follow.
