The Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Financial Institutions has issued a Consumer Alert to Ohioans who have used cryptocurrency ATM kiosks operated by Bitcoin Depot Inc. Consumers may be eligible to seek compensation for outstanding funds after the company, which operated kiosks nationwide, recently ceased operations after filing for bankruptcy.
