    Governor DeWine announces 12 projects set to create 1,126 jobs

    Air Transport Services Group, Inc. city of Wilmington (Clinton County), expects to create 48 full-time-equivalent positions, generating more than $3.5 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company’s expansion in Wilmington.
