Ohio Lt. Governor Jon Husted, Director of the Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation, last week led a statewide tour for In-Demand Jobs Week where he visited 12 counties, seven schools, four businesses and one career exploration event.
As part of the Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation’s seventh annual In-Demand Jobs Week, the Ohio Department of Commerce is partnering with the Department of Youth Services (DYS) to promote careers in the skilled trades following incarceration of Ohio’s youth.
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor Jon Husted, Director of the Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation, Friday announced that the seventh annual In-Demand Jobs Week will take place May 6 to May 10, the first full work week of May.
