Winning national Midget series races takes a special blend of speed, skill and good fortune. Ryan Timms had all three on his side Friday night at Atomic Speedway.

Less than 24 hours after having his first national Midget series victory ripped from his grasp in the final corner, Daniel Whitley found redemption and, finally, his place atop the podium with the Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series presented by Toyota.

One week after suffering heartbreak on a last-laps pass that denied her of a Feature win, Jade Avedisian reversed the roles Saturday night with a last-lap, last-corner pass of her own to score the win in the Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series presented by Toyota’s debut at Atomic Speedway.

The Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series presented by Toyota takes national Midget racing into unchartered territory this Friday-Sunday, July 28-30, with visits to Ohio Valley Speedway, Atomic Speedway and Brushcreek Motorsports Complex.
