Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction Director Annette Chambers-Smith Tuesday celebrated the opening of a new 100-bed mental health treatment center at the Ohio Reformatory for Women (ORW) that will provide comprehensive services in an environment specifically designed to support overall health and wellness.
