Steven Dale Rogers

Steven Dale Rogers, 68, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023 at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield.
 
He was born Jan. 29, 1955 in Jamestown, the son of Ronald and Lorna (Hughes) Rogers.
 
Steven served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was formerly employed at Huhtamaki, Inc. in New Vienna and Thatcher’s Tubing in Washington C.H.
 
He is survived by his wife, Fonda (Clay) Rogers; four sons, Kurt (Brittany) Rogers of Washington C.H., Josh Rogers of Sabina, Kyle Thompson of Hillsboro and Jeremy (Landis) Olaker of Oro Valley, Ark.; one daughter, Tara (Dustin) Dillon of Greenfield; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Angela (John) Dietrick of Wilmington and Gina (Jamie) Baker of Florida; two brothers, Mark Rogers of Washington C.H. and Joe Bond of Florida; several nieces and nephews; and stepmother, Vera Rogers of Jeffersonville.

He was preceded in death by both parents; and stepfather, Gary Bond.
 
Cremation will take place, and there will not be a service observed.
 
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
