Ohio State sophomore swimmer Tristan Jankovics will be a member of Team Canada for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
At Canadian Olympic Trials earlier this spring, Jankovics turned in an Olympic-qualifying time of 4:11.74 in the 400 IM to earn his spot and win the event.
It is his personal best time. He shaved four seconds off his prelims time of 4:15.68, which was the morning's top 400 IM time.
This will be Jankovics' first career appearance at the Olympics. He is from Guelph, Ontario.
