Steve Baker, '19
Steve Baker, the beloved 'Voice of the RedHawks', retired from Miami University in 2024 after serving as Miami Athletics' Assistant Athletic Director/Director of Broadcasting since 2001. “Bake” has nearly four decades of experience calling games for the Red and White, getting his start working as an engineer, host and announcer on select broadcasts in the mid-1980's. He became the voice of Miami Basketball in 1989 and was named the voice of Miami Football in 1993. Whether on the radio or via ESPN streaming broadcasts, Bake has been behind the mic for literally thousands of Miami sporting events since then, with many more to come.

Lori Brown, '78
Lori Brown played four years of volleyball (1975-78) and two years of softball (1977-78) for Miami as a student-athlete. After graduation, she spent six years (1978-84) as the sports information director for women's sports at Miami and added Assistant Director of Communications from 1979-84 to her responsibilities. She then served on Miami's Hall of Fame/Cradle of Coaches committee for 40 years, retiring from that role back in 2023. In total, she spent 55 years as a student-athlete, employee and committee member for Miami Athletics.

Dane Campbell, '93
Dane Campbell was a three-year letter-winner with the wrestling program from 1989-93. He was a 1993 All-American, finishing seventh at the 1993 NCAA Championships, and helped Miami win a pair of MAC Championships in 1991 and 1992. Campbell was a three-time MAC Champion in his weight class (126 pounds) in 1991, 1992 and 1993 and participated in the NCAA Championship all three of those seasons.

Champy Halim, '99
Champy Halim was a four-year letter-winner for the men's tennis team from 1996-99. Halim earned MAC Freshman of the Year in 1996 and the following year was named MAC Player of the Year in 1997. He was named First-Team All-MAC in 1996 and 1997 and as a senior he earned the MAC Senior Sportsmanship Award in 1999. Halim finished his collegiate career with a 70-35 singles record and went 58-28 in doubles competition. In all, he won 128 matches, helping the team to a pair of MAC regular-season titles in 1996 and 1997.

Pei Lin, '18
Pei Lin was a MAC champion on seven different occasions in her athletic career, the most in Miami diving history. She is a three-time MAC champion in the one-meter dive and a four-time champion in the three-meter dive and holds the program record in both the one-meter (347.78) and three-meter dive (414.00). She earned First-Team All-MAC and MAC Diver of the Year in four straight seasons (2015–18). In her freshman season, Lin was named the Female Athlete of the Year for Miami. In that same year, Lin brought home Honorable Mention All-America honors in the one-meter dive and followed up this accomplishment by securing First-Team All-America in the one-meter dive the following two years. In the three-meter dive, Lin was recognized as a First-Team All-America athlete in each season she competed. In her final season, she secured MAC Senior of the Year. At the NCAA Championships, her performances earned her second place in the three-meter dive three years in a row. Lin added a third-place finish in the one-meter dive as a sophomore in 2016 and totaled seven top-10 finishes.

Alec Martinez, '09
Alec Martinez produced 67 points (21-46-67) in 123 games played for Miami Hockey from 2005-08, ranking eighth in program history for career goals by a defenseman. Martinez was a Second-Team West All-American in 2007-08, earning the CCHA's Defensive Defenseman of the Year recognition and First-Team All-CCHA honors. His RedHawk teams participated in three NCAA Tournaments, including a CCHA championship season in 2005-06 and a 33-win season in 2007-08. Martinez, a fourth-round draft pick of the Los Angeles Kings in 2007, has played over 800 regular-season NHL games in the past 15 seasons, putting up 277 points to date. He owns three Stanley Cups (2012 and 2014 with the Kings, 2023 with the Vegas Golden Knights), and scored the Cup-clinching goal in double overtime to give the Kings the 2014 title. Martinez won a bronze medal with the United States in the 2018 IIHF World Championships.

He was the 2004 MAC Special Teams Player of the Year and helped the RedHawks to three-straight MAC East Division titles (2004, 2005, 2006). He is Miami's all-time leader in receiving yards (3,697), receptions (258) and punt return yards (1,677). As a member of the baseball team, Robinson earned Second-Team All-MAC accolades in 2005, helping the RedHawks to MAC regular-season and MAC Tournament championships. He ranks second in school history with 34 stolen bases and eight triples in a single season.

Ashley Swinehart, ’04
Ashley Swinehart is the only two-time MAC Player of the Year in Miami Women's Soccer history, earning that honor in 2003 and again in 2004. Swinehart, who finished her career with 39 goals, 94 points and 255 shots, ranks third in the program record book in each of those statistical categories. She scored 16 of her goals in 2003, the second-most prolific season of any RedHawk ever, and put up five game-winning goals in 2004 alone. Swinehart was a two-time CoSIDA Academic All-American, including a First-Team recognition in 2004. She was named All-MAC and Academic All-MAC in three consecutive seasons, and was also an NSCAA All-Region pick in 2002 (First Team), 2003 and 2004.
