The Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs stayed undefeated in the Southern Hills League Friday evening with a 9-0 win over the West Union Lady Dragons at WUHS.
LC moves to 8-1 overall and 5-0 in the SHL as the match was shortened to 30-minute halves due to daylight.

The Mustangs led 2-0 at the half, then scored seven goals in the final 30 minutes.
Scoring for LC in the first half were Shelby Stewart (16:15) and Taylor Scott (6:24).
Goals in the second half included: Brandi Hunter (29:26), Scott (26:52), Hunter (20:27), Stewart (18:34) off a pass from Sydney Cromer, Morgan Fittro (15:37), Hannah West (14:14) off a pass from Ryleigh Jackson and Cromer (6:57).
Gaining the shutout at goal for LC was Emma Setty as LC outshot WU 44-1. For WU, Paige Welch totaled 14 saves.
