The Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs won their sixth Southern Hills League game Friday night, defeating the West Union Dragons, 69-60 in overtime.
The game was tied at 53 after regulation, as WU led the final quarter of regulation 14-9, forcing OT. In overtime, LC outscored the Dragons, 16-7.
LC (7-11) led 15-14 after the first quarter, followed with a halftime lead of 27-18 after scoring 12 points in the second frame. LC held the Dragons to six points in the second quarter.
