Lady Mustangs drop SHL game to North Adams

    DODSONVILLE - Unable to stop the North Adams Lady Green Devils from scoring runs in the first four innings, the Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs dropped a Southern Hills League game by a score of 22-4 Friday at LCHS.
    LC scored all four of their runs in the fourth inning.
    The Lady Mustangs started its scoring with Bekah Ramsey and Emily Meyers reaching via errors. Ayers followed with a single and Courtney Covert walked. All four runners scored runs.
    Also in the fourth Katie Mahoney walked. In the third and fourth innings Jessica Davidson forced walks. Sara Chrisman singled in the seventh inning.
    Scoring runs for NA were Stout (4), Siders (3), Taylor (3), Fite (4), Todd (2), Deboard (1), Henderickson (1), Berry (2) and Downs (2).
    NA scored three runs in the first, six runs in each of the next two innings, followed with a seven-run fourth inning.
