Lady Indians lose at East Clinton

The Hillsboro Lady Indian softball team dropped a close game by 5-2 against the East Clinton Astros Tuesday at ECHS.

After suffering a 22-run loss the previous day, Hillsboro rallied back against their future South Central Ohio League opponent.

For Hillsboro, Kayla Deatley hit a triple with one RBI. Haylee Wehrung also had an RBI.

Ali Stratton was charged with the loss.

The next game for the Lady Indians will be Wednesday, as they are scheduled to take on the Washington Blue Lions in an SCOL matchup with a 5 p.m. first pitch.[[In-content Ad]]
