Lady Indian golf gains season sweep of Miami Trace

For the second time this season during a dual match in South Central Ohio League play, the Hillsboro Lady Indians defeated the Miami Trace Lady Panthers. On Thursday, HHS won by a score of 193-255 at the Washington Country Club in Washington C.H. for the regular season sweep.

The win moves HHS to 19-1 overall and 9-0 in the SCOL.

HHS had three players shoot under 50 in the nine hole event with Haylee Wehrung leading the way with a low score of 46. Next was Arden Knauff at 47 and Haleigh Lovett at 49.


[[In-content Ad]]Also contributing to the win for HHS was Halee Allen (51), Mallory Mullenix (52) and Amie Griffith (67).

For the Lady Panthers their scores included: Jessica Little (56), Cara Walters (61), Hannah Peterson (66) and Miranda Wheeler (72).

In their match earlier this season at the Hillsboro Elks the Lady Indians defeated MT 198-221.
