Hillsboro earns another SCOL win, defeats East Clinton

It was another South Central Ohio League win Tuesday for the Hillsboro Lady Indians as they defeated the East Clinton Lady Astros, 213-237 at the Snow Hill Country Club.

Hillsboro was led by medalists Haylee Wehrung and Haleigh Lovett each with a low score of 51.

Halee Allen followed with a 55, and Mallory Mullenix totaled a 56. Also scoring for HHS were Arden Knauff (63) and Amie Griffith (63).

For East Clinton, scores included: Ashley Caplinger (52), Jessica Bond (56), Hannah Barnes (63), Madison McConnaugh (66), Courtney Pendelton (80) and Taylor Bohl  (81).

Next for the Lady Indians will be a match on Thursday when they hit the road to face Clinton-Massie at 4:30 p.m.
