Cincinnati Reds, Press Release

FanDuel Sports Network and the Cincinnati Reds are once again teaming up to produce the annual Reds Community Fund Telethon presented by PNC, on Tuesday, July 8 when the Reds host the Miami Marlins at Great American Ball Park.

Game coverage begins at 7 p.m. preceded by a special one-hour Reds Live pregame show at 6 p.m.

Throughout the game and telecast, FanDuel Sports Network will highlight many of the baseball and softball-themed outreach initiatives of the Reds Community Fund (RCF), with features on:

• Highlighting 25 years of the Reds Community Fund

• The partnerships and impact of the Community Makeover

• RCF’s Field Renovation efforts and the recent Madisonville Field dedication

• Youth development through the Reds Little Sluggers League and Reds Fun At Bat programs

• Reds Nike RBI teams celebrating 19 student-athletes at annual RCF Signing Day.

Fans are encouraged to make a donation of $125 or more to the RCF during the telethon at reds.com/telethon or by calling 513-765-7700. In return, they will receive an MVP package containing exclusive Reds merchandise.

For a donation of at least $250, the RCF will offer Premium MVP packages that will contain an autographed, authenticated baseball from select Reds players, with a display case (fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last) plus Reds merchandise.

In addition, PNC, which is the official bank of the Cincinnati Reds, will match the first $100,000 in donations.

2025 marks the 13th year the network has broadcast the telethon. Last year’s telethon raised over $330,000. In the past 12 years, the telethon event has raised nearly $2.1 million for the Reds Community Fund.

The Reds Community Fund is dedicated to improving the lives of youth throughout Reds Country. It reaches thousands of kids through its free baseball, softball and education programs at the P&G MLB Cincinnati Reds Youth Academy, as well as through its introductory Fun At Bat program, Reds Youth Baseball & Softball Funding network and developmental RBI program. RCF also partners with urban neighborhoods through field renovation programs and the annual Community Makeover efforts. More information is available at reds.com/Community.
