GREENFIELD — The McClain Tigers fell to 0-4 on the season as they fell to the reigning Division IV State Champion Clinton-Massie Falcons, 71-0 Friday night at McClain Field.
The Falcons led 29-0 after the first quarter, followed by another 35 points in the second for 64-point lead at halftime.
The win gives CM 39 straight SCOL wins.
"They look like they are poised to make another state run," MHS head coach Randy Closson said. "Hopefully that will pay dividends for next year. We had our hands full tonight with a really good Clinton-Massie team."
Neither team scored a point in the third, followed by the visiting Falcons adding seven points in the fourth quarter.
For the game, unofficially, the Tigers had one yard of offense, while CM totaled 322 yards of offense, all rushing.
CM scored their first TD off a 38-yard run by Davey Tunon, followed by a two-point conversion for an 8-0 lead.

For the rest of the game, CM had TDs from Wolf, Jared Halley, Thomas Williams and Devon O'Bryon.
The Tigers had a sack by Randall Mischal.
"Randall is a great kid, unbelievable person and student. Last week, our center went down and had an ankle injury, and Randall took over at center," Closson said. "This week, we were concerned with Clinton-Massie's defensive line and how he would handle it. Randall did a good job and defensively is a solid player."
MHS will play at Miami Trace next Friday, and CM will play at home vs. the Washington Blue Lions.
