During high school, Alex played basketball, was active in FFA where he earned a state degree, operated his own firewood business, and worked at Lerch’s Barn Lot. He achieved his goal of perfect attendance from kindergarten through graduation.

At Southern State, Alex will pursue a business degree. He said his love of basketball began when he was just a baby and he has always dreamed of playing on a college court. He is very excited about the opportunity to play for the Southern State Patriots.
