The Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) announced their athletes of the week Monday afternoon, and for the third time this season and the third time in her career, Wilmington College’s Faith Duncan earned OAC Women’s Cross-Country Runner of the Week honors.

Duncan (Lebanon HS/Lebanon, Ohio)  has won all four races she has competed in this season. Her latest triumph came in the Division III Pre-Nationals race in Terre Haute, Ind., where she crushed the field by nearly 23 seconds with a time of 21:02.8. Her nearest challenger was UC Santa Cruz’s Kenzie Seymour at 21:25.6.

The course she won on is where the 2024 Division III Cross-Country Championships are being hosted in November.

Duncan broke her own program record once again, as she continues to rewrite the Quakers’ cross country record book. She has bested the 22-minute barrier all three times the Quakers have competed in a 6K race this season.
