Lady ’Cats lose home game to Eastern Lady Warriors

The Whiteoak Lady Wildcats lost on their home diamond Wednesday evening, as they fell in Southern Hills Athletic Conference action by a 17-2 score in six innings against the visiting Eastern Lady Warriors.

The loss drops WHS to 6-12 on the season.

Eastern led 1-0 after the top of the second inning and followed with a five-run third, three-run fourth and one run scored in the fifth. They added seven runs in the top of the sixth inning.

Whiteoak’s runs were scored in the bottom of the third and fifth innings.

Molly McMullen finished 2-for-3 with a triple and one RBI. Lilly Leston ended the game 1-for-1 with a double, one run, one RBI, two HBP, and a steal. Addison Roberts was 1-for-3 with a run and a steal.

Mattie Conrad was 1-for-3 with a double, while Madison Davidson ended the game with a walk and two steals.
