Mustangs golf defeats 4 teams in Monday match

The Lynchburg-Clay boys golf team faced the North Adams Green Devils, Peebles Indians, Whiteoak Wildcats and the Eastern Warriors and won the five-team match Monday evening.

The Mustangs shot a 164, as North Adams was second place with a 168 score. Whiteoak was third place with a score of 199. Next was Eastern at 201, and Peebles rounded out the team scoring at 204.

Co-medalists for the Mustangs were Aiden Bene and Nolan Wilkin, as each golfer carded a 39 score.

Saxen Wilkin finished with a score of 42, while Braedon West and Jackson West each had a score of 45.
