The Hillsboro Indians played in their second and final football scrimmage of the 2026 preseason on Thursday, Aug.13 against the Wilmington Hurricane at Richards Memorial Field as they prepare for the start of the '26 regular season. 

Hillsboro opens the '26 season on Friday, Aug. 21 on the road with a non-conference game against the Western Brown Broncos with a 7 p.m. start at Western Brown High School.
