Fairfield Lady Lions sweep Eastern

It took just three sets for the Fairfield Lady Lions volleyball team to gain a Southern Hills Athletic Conference win against the host Eastern Lady Warriors, Tuesday at EHS.

Fairfield won by scores of 25-14, 25-07 and 25-18.

FHS senior Mackenzie Anderson totaled two kills, 32 assists, three aces and 14 digs in the SHAC win. Fellow senior McKinley Cox finished the match with two kills, two aces, two digs and a block.

The Lady Lions also had senior Jobey Hattan finish with 18 kills, one assist and 11 digs.

The Lady Lions also had Remi Moon with 10 kills, nine dig, eight aces, and one assist. Also for FHS, Alyssa Bales finished with three aces and six digs. Jaeden Drury finished the match with one kill, while teammate Jorja May totaled two kills and one dig.

Paisley Stahlhut had one dig in the win.

Overall totals for Fairfield included 44 digs, 35 kills, 34 assists, 16 aces and one block.

The Lady Lions are now 1-0 in the SHAC and 2-0 overall.
