Bates, Roush named SHAC track and field coaches of the year

Two Highland County track and field coaches were honored at the Southern Hills Athletic Conference spring sports banquet.
Fairfield coach Rosey Bates earned Girls Track and Field Coach of the Year honors, and Whiteoak coach Kim Roush was named Boys Track and Field Coach of the Year.
Whiteoak won the boys SHAC track meet with 152.75 points. Fairfield earned the girls title with 130 points.
