Wayne Keltner receives Friend of 4-H Award

Friend of 4-H Award recipient Wayne Keltner has been a 4-H adviser for 25 years.

He previously served as 4-H Committee President, Vice President and is actively involve with the Shepherds Club.

He volunteers numerous hours not only with his club but also with July judging, including making stands for the numbers. He helps set up and tear down and anything else we can get him involved in with FCS building at fair time.

He is always willing to lend a hand to make sure youth have a great 4-H experience. When he was a 4-H member, he was a dog exhibitor and involved in the Highland County Jr. Leadership Club.
