Just in time for fall events, the new bathroom facility at Old School Park in Lynchburg has been completed.

Mayor Gary Jones and village leaders would like to invite the community to attend the dedication ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 4 p.m. at Old School Park, located at the intersection of Pearl St. and Sycamore St.

The facility features ADA-compliant restrooms, timer locks on the doors and a camera security system. The village received funds from the state of Ohio Capital Budget toward construction costs of the facility.

"I am very proud to be a part of this project,” Jones said. “It will make the park more attractive to residents and to event planners looking for local venues."

Following the ceremony, Mayor Jones will be making announcements and hosting a question and answer session for the public.
