Upton celebrates 100th birthday

Mary Belle Upton, a resident at Bell Gardens Place, turned 100 years old on Tuesday, Jan. 13.

Fellow residents, staff and some of Upton's family attended a birthday party in her honor, held at Bell Gardens Place.

Upton received a proclamation from Highland County Commissioners in honor of her 100th birthday.
