Makayla Duncan-

The Triple-L 4-H Club met Sunday, April 18 at the home of adviser Jaime Simmons. Fourteen members attended the meeting.

President Tori Priest led the meeting. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Anna Meddock.
Morgan Sheppard led the group in the 4-H pledge. Roll call was observed by each member stating their favorite color.
Three members gave their demonstrations. The group received their candy bars for sale. Money for the candy bars must be in by the next meeting. A meeting for all 4-H officers will be held on April 26 in Hillsboro.
The group will hold a bake sale at the Hillsboro Wal-Mart in the near future. The club is also gathering items to give to the animal shelter and canned goods for the community center.
The club enjoyed an Easter egg hunt, and Samantha Sheppard won the prize egg. Snacks were provided by Makayla Duncan and Ethan Cornwell.
Our next meeting will be May 2, where will observe Health and Safety Day.
