Summer Reading Adventure winds down at Greenfield Library

Summer Reading Adventure is coming to a close. It’s been lots of fun for all who participated.

We want to thank all who donated to help make our summer a success.

We believe that all who participated are the winners, but we also have a few who received special prizes. Children all got coupons from McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Bob Evans, Subway, & Dakotas as well as a special prize.

Our teen winners were: Heather Parker, Connor Snavely, Winter Moon, Airek Seitz, Justin Brown, Raina Dove, McKenzie Caldwell, Jolynn Brown, Savanna Brown, Stephanie Stollings,
Emily Parker, Desi Brewer, Jacob Roeder, Brianna Shiver, MacKenzie Gibson, Austin Cooper, Madison VanDyke, Mikayla Stenersen and Andrew Stollings.

Our adult winners were: Sunni Robinette, Mary Robinette, Barbie Marsh, Sarah Gardner, Janine Peabody, Mary Smith, Joan Barrett, Carol Hubbell, Tina Roe, Dale Robinette, Karen Yeager, James Mess, Angie Mitchel, Melissa Snavely, Carolyn Owens, Barbara Ross, Gertrude Bellinger, Jan Slagle, Melissa Thorne, Josh Cox, Renate Ward, Amanda Perry, Michael Garman, Cheri Ditmer, Elaine Dunaway, Esther Royse, Lenora Shoemaker, Karletta Beatty, Bill Walls, Greg Stewart, Angela Shepherd, Sheila Carter, John Baal, Pat Miller, Anita O’Conner, Brittany Hammonds, Pam Williams, Linda Ernst, Judy Delph, Marillyn Hardwick, Colleen Stanley, Cami Bergstrom, Pam Smith and Teresa Wisecup. Becca Bergstrom won the Robot.

Upcoming events include:

• GENEALOGY CLUB. This group meets on the 1st Monday evening of the month at 6:30 to learn more about genealogy. There are special speakers, workshops, and the group helping each other. Everyone welcome. 

• QUILTING GROUP – the 1st Monday of the month - 1-3 PM AND the 3rd Tuesday evening of the month - 5– 7 PM- This beginning group is led by Lisa Fields and Carol Brady. Call the library for more information.

• PRESCHOOL STORYTIME - Tuesday – 11:00 AM. Activities include stories, crafts, and lots of fun.

• SEPTEMBER 1 – Library closed for Labor Day.
