Setty, Carroll to wed

James and Valerie Setty of Hillsboro are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Elysia M. Setty, to John S. Carroll of Georgetown. Carroll is the son of John H. and Marilee Carroll of Hamersville.

Setty is the granddaughter of the late James W. and Bessie Setty and the late Richard E. and Brackie V. Walker. Carroll is the grandson of John and Charlene Carroll and John and Mary Hertlein.

Setty is employed with Tate Monroe Water Company, and Carroll is a union millwright. They are planning an April wedding and will reside in Georgetown.
