Retirement reception for auditor Bill Fawley set for March 7

A retirement party for outgoing Highland County Auditor Bill Fawley will be held March 7 from 2-4 p.m. in the Highland County Administration Building basement large meeting room.

Fawley announced in January 2022 that he would not be seeking reelection. He has served as county auditor for over three decades, having been elected in November 2018 for his eighth term in office. Fawley’s term ends in March.

Light refreshments will be served during the reception March 7. Please stop in at your convenience to wish Fawley a happy retirement.
