Members of the Premier Showmen 4-H Club recently traveled to the 2026 National Junior Limousin Show and Congress, where they enjoyed a week filled with learning, competition, and fun activities. The event brings together youth from across the country to develop leadership skills, livestock knowledge, and friendships through a variety of contests and educational programs.
Austin Bohrer, Ryleann Bohrer, and Kennedy Hamilton proudly represented the Premier Showmen 4-H Club by participating in several activities throughout the week. They competed in the fitting contest, where they demonstrated their cattle grooming and preparation skills, and the sales talk contest, where they practiced public speaking and promoted the Limousin breed.
In addition to the contests, Austin and Kennedy participated in Cow Camp, which offered educational sessions and hands-on learning opportunities. They also joined in the cornhole tournament and enjoyed spending time with other junior exhibitors from across the nation.
The 2026 Limousin Junior Nationals provided an excellent opportunity for the Premier Showmen 4-H Club members to build new friendships, strengthen their livestock skills, and create lasting memories. Austin and Ryleann Bohrer and Kennedy Hamilton represented their club with enthusiasm and had a fun and rewarding experience throughout the week.
