Premier Showmen 4-H Club holds April 25 meeting

The Premier Showmen 4-H Club held a meeting on Sunday, April 25, outside of Dwight Hamilton’s house.
The meeting was called to order by the president Abby Dhume at 6 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Grant Johnson, and the 4-H Pledge was led by Emma Case.
The secretary’s report was given by Secretary Halle Hamilton, and the treasurer’s report was given by Treasurer Reese Teeters.
Wyatt Osborn, the Safety Officer, gave a report on grain auger safety. For a leadership game, the members played the human knot game.
President Dhume covered new and old business. Sydney Sanders, the Vice President, read the Constitution and By-Laws. It was moved by Osborn and was seconded by Carly Sanders to accept the Constitution and By-Laws.
For species work, the members went over the parts of their livestock animals. At this time, the Cloverbuds were dismissed for their activity, which was planting a flower and learning the parts of a flower.
For recreation, Brayden Cummings, the recreation officer, led the club in a spoon and egg relay.
The next meeting will be held Sunday, May 23 at 7 p.m.
