Phillip and Linda (Phillips) McCoppin celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Phillip and Linda (Phillips) McCoppin were united in marriage on July 21, 1963 at the Leesburg Methodist Church in Leesburg.

They are the proud of parents of three children, Doug (Patti) McCoppin of Sumter, S.C. and twins Heather (Mike) Daley and Heath (Kathryn) McCoppin of Hillsboro.

They are the grandparents of Jessica (Chase) Perillo, and great-grandparents of her twin daughters, Kyleigh and Sara Perillo of Sumter, S.C.; grandparents of Ginger (Michael) Vega and great-grandparents of her son, Gavin Vega of Crestview, Fla.; step-grandparents of Amber (Cody) Truitt and step-great-grandparents to her daughter Alli of Sumter, S.C.; grandparents of Nicole (Ben) Lynch of Columbia, S.C., Sage and Caiden Buchanan and Haylee and Garrett McCoppin, all of Hillsboro; and step-grandparents of Miranda Smith of Hillsboro and Christina Smith and Casey Sizemore, both of Middletown.

They celebrated their 50th anniversary with children and grandchildren.
