Near sellout crowd closes 2017 Accurate Heating & Cooling Bluegrass Series

The Sugarloaf Mountain Amphitheatre in Chillicothe was packed with 1,400 people Sunday night as Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder closed out the 2017 Accurate Heating & Cooling Bluegrass Series.

The Scioto Society also announced its lineup for an expanded 2017-18 series. Nov. 4 will see Nathan Stanley at the Majestic Theatre, followed on Feb. 24 with the award-winning band The Grascals at the same venue. Then the series will turn its attention back to the Sugarloaf Mountain Amphitheatre on June 17 with Rhonda Vincent & The Rage and finally the Chillicothe premiere of the Del McCoury Band on July 8.

Tickets for all four shows are on sale now at www.tecumsehdrama.com. Over 5,000 tickets have been sold for the bluegrass series since its premiere in 2015.
