NCB donates $2,500 to Highland County Family YMCA

NCB recently donated $2,500 to the Highland County Family YMCA. The Highland County Family YMCA will be using the money for the Y’s youth programming, including youth sports and summer camp.

YMCA youth sports programs teach the fundamental skills of the game and increase athletic ability. By engaging youth in physical activity at an early age, sports teach kids the value of being active and that fitness can be fun. The YMCA is expecting a total of 200 youths to participate in the youth sports programs (approximately 40 per session) and a total of 25 youths to participate in the 2016 summer camp.
