NCB donates $2,500 to Highland County 4-H Extension Support

NCB has donated $2,500 to the Highland County 4-H Extension Support.

The Highland County 4-H Extension Office is celebrating 100 years of extension on April 5 at the Highland County Fairgrounds. Join them for the fourth annual Extension & 4-H Dinner and Auction Fundraiser.
