More than 80 women attend 'Let's Do Lunch' event

On Oct. 3, the Highland County Chamber of Commerce partnered with Southern State Community College and Fifth Third Bank to present "Let's Do Lunch," the annual women's fall luncheon.

With over 80 businesswomen in attendance, the event was one of the most well-attended luncheons in the recent past. Guests enjoyed a lunch catered by All Seasons Catering and beautiful linens provided by W&W Dry Cleaning.

The event focused on Dress for Success, a non-profit company that prepares disadvantaged women to re-join the workforce. With offices around the globe, the company not only provides interview-appropriate attire to women, but also offers resumé and soft skill workshops and many other career-enhancing opportunities.

The CEO of Dress for Success Cincinnati, Julie Smith-Morrow, Ph.D., was the featured speaker at the event.
