Matheney deployed to Persian Gulf area

Air Force Senior Airman Benjamin D. Matheney is currently deployed to Southwest Asia in the Persian Gulf region to support the mission of Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom.
      The servicemember is regularly assigned to the 121st Air Refueling Wing based in Rickenbacker, Ohio.
    Matheney, an accountant/mortuary affairs specialist, has served in the military for three years.
    He is the son of Shirley A. Jones and stepson of Jeff T. Jones of Hillsboro. His sister is Carrie A. Matheney of Hillsboro.
    The airman is a 2002 graduate of Whiteoak High School in Mowrystown.[[In-content Ad]]
