The final evenings this summer for Magic Waters Theatre 2013 are scheduled for July 26-28.

Closing out the season is the charming children’s classic, “Charlotte’s Web.”

Wilbur, the troubled piglet, Templeton, the rat, all of the farm animals and all the rest of the beloved creatures in the story are live on stage at the rustic amphitheatre on Cave Road off U.S. 50 east between Hillsboro and Bainbridge.

Becca Wise is the crafty spider who sets about to save Wilbur, and her portrayal is so authentic and touching that  folks are saying "I don’t know if I can ever kill another spider."

Friday and Saturday shows are at 8 p.m., and the Sunday show is at 7 p.m., but most folks come quite a bit earlier in order to take in some of Boonie the Magician’s free pre-show magic. He begins his person-to-person entertaining nearly an hour before show time and also has a short stage show during intermission.

Call (937) 365-1388 to ask for seats to be reserved for you or to order pre-show dinners. (The optional dinners must be ordered one day ahead.)

Tickets are $7 for adults, $3.50 for children, and $4 for seniors.
Dinners cost $6.95 plus tax.

This weekend closes out activities at Magic Waters until October when they come alive again with the Haunted Hills and also Christmas at the Cabin.
