Lynchburg Lions hear counseling presentation

The Lynchburg Lions Club held its monthly dinner meeting on July 24 at the Lions Club Building in Lynchburg.

The club holds its regular business meeting on the second Monday of each month, and dinners are held on the fourth Monday. The dinner meetings are accompanied by an educational program.

The July program was presented by Karen Faust, a licensed professional clinical counselor who works with a variety of people who request counseling assistance. She outlined the requirements for being a counselor and discussed the various types of situations she encounters in the profession.

The club thanks Faust for an excellent, informative program.
