Lynchburg Lions Club welcomes new member

The Lynchburg Lions Club welcomed another new member at their dinner meeting on Dec. 8.

Lion Brad Hamlin was officially installed by Lion Gary DeFayette. Lion DeFayette is a member of the Wilmington Lions Club, and he serves the entire District 13-J as Second Vice Governor.

Lion Hamlin was sponsored by Lion Chris Wilbanks-Hamlin. He has been very active in Lions activities for several months, and the club is happy to have him become a member.

The Lynchburg Lions Club meets each month on the second and fourth Mondays at 7 p.m. at the Lions Building on Sharpsville Road. Anyone interested in becoming a Lion is welcome to attend a meeting and discuss membership with any Lion.
