The Lynchburg Village Christmas continues to grow each year, according to organizers Bill and Angie McTague, owners of the Lynchburg Antique Mall.

Many of the vendors reported that this year's sales were quite comparable to last year.

The McTagues would like to thank Rammel Poured Walls, Terry's Grocery, Hamilton Insurance, Davis-Turner Funeral Homes and Roger, Judy, Pam and Taylor Turner, all of Lynchburg, and Tom Pitzer Trucking of Hillsboro for their sponsorship of the free carriage rides.

They would also like to thank Southern Hills Community Bank of Lynchburg for donating the TV for the free raffle. They would like to thank the Lynchburg Area Joint Fire Department for the use of the firehouse and the Village of Lynchburg for the use of their community room for some of the vendors. A heartfelt thank-you is also extended to all who attended the event.

"We look forward to seeing everyone in 2014," the McTagues said. "Have a blessed new year."
