Local DAR chapter meets with chapters in Ripley

Ten members of Waw-wil-a-way Chapter of DAR traveled to Ripley on Oct. 26 for a meeting of four chapters.  

Besides WWAW, Ripley-Lieutenant Byrd, Sycamore and Taliaferro chapters enjoyed updates from State Regent Susan F. Leininger about the many state projects.  

Also, National Organizing Secretary Nancy Schrim Wright spoke about happenings at the National Society.
