Local artisans featured at NCB 'Shop Local' tent

NCB is once again hosting a 'Shop Local' tent during the 2014 Festival of the Bells.

A number of Highland County artisans are selling handcrafted items during the event, including bows, jewelry and other items.

Check out the NCB 'Shop Local' booth at the Highland County Courthouse square throughout the Festival.
