Garinger was born and raised in Fayette County and graduated from Miami Trace High School in 2007. After spending time in the Marine Corps, he began his medical massage practice in Los Angeles, Calif. before moving back home to Washington Court House. He has three years of medical massage experience in both private and clinical practice. His parents, Phil and Carla Garinger, have been in the Fayette County community for 31 years.
