Kinnect is excited to announce that Morgan Pease, Assistant Vice President, Senior Recruiter with Human Resources at KeyBank in Cleveland, has joined the Kinnect Board of Directors.

“Morgan brings great knowledge, passion and enthusiasm that will positively impact Kinnect. She is truly invested in philanthropic work in the community and we are grateful she has joined the Board of Directors to support our mission,” said Executive Director Shannon Deinhart.

Pease held various roles in her 18-year tenure with KeyBank, and her daily work is aligned within the Institutional Bank as Talent Acquisition Consultant to Real Estate Capital and the Banking Group Portfolio Management teams.

Pease enjoys philanthropic work, including her participation in Key’s Neighbors Make the Difference Day, and serves as Co-Chair to the Programming Committee for KeyBank’s KBING, Key Women’s Network. She also serves as a member of Adoption Network Cleveland’s Outreach and Development Committee, a complement to her passion for families and children.

Pease received her master’s degree in labor relations and human resources from Cleveland State University and completed her bachelor’s degree in legal communications from Ohio University. In her free time, she enjoys being near the shores of Lake Erie with her husband A.J. and their 4-year-old daughter.

Kinnect welcomes Pease and looks forward to benefiting from her experience and expertise.
