Deborah Lynn Kibler and Thomas Jeffrey Robert Seeling of Dublin, Ohio, formerly of Hillsboro, have announced their engagement.
Deborah is the daughter of Catherine M. Kibler and the late Paul E. Kibler of Hillsboro. She is a 2003 graduate of Hillsboro High School. She attended college at Shawnee State University (graduating in 2005) and The Ohio State University (graduating in 2010), earning associate's, bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing. Deborah is currently employed at The Ohio State University Medical Center Emergency Department in Columbus, where she works as a family nurse practitioner.
Tom is the son of Jeffrey W. Seeling of Hillsboro. He is a 2003 graduate of Hillsboro High School and is currently attending The Ohio State University, majoring in sociology and criminology. Following high school, Tom served in the 75th Ranger Regiment as a special operator and participated in seven combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. After his honorable discharge in 2007, Tom successfully graduated from The Ohio State Highway Patrol Police Academy and now serves as a patrol officer in Dublin.
